Return & Exchange Policy


We want you to love every piece from That Tall Girl’s Closet (TTGC). If something isn’t quite right, we’re here to make it better.

Returns

We accept returns on eligible items within

  • Port Harcourt Orders: Within 2 business days from delivery/pickup.
  • Nigeria (Outside Port Harcourt): Within 5 business days from delivery.
  • International Orders: Within 10 business days from delivery.

To be eligible for a return:

  • Item must be unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition (tags still attached).

  • You must notify us via email at thattallgirlscloset@gmail.com within 7 days of receiving your order.

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

Once we receive and inspect your return, you’ll receive a store credit or refund (minus original shipping fee) within 5–7 business days.


Exchanges

Need a different size or style? We offer exchanges on items that meet the return conditions above. Email us with your order number and exchange request, and we’ll help you get the right fit.

  • If your desired item is out of stock, we’ll offer you store credit or a refund.

  • Customers are responsible for the shipping costs of returning the item and receiving the new one.


Inspection Process

  • All returned items undergo a quality inspection.
  • If the item passes, it qualifies for an exchange.
  • If the item does not pass, it will be returned to the customer.

⏳ Processing Time: Please allow 3-5 business days after the item arrives at our warehouse for your exchange to be processed.


Items Not Eligible for Return or Exchange

  • Sale/discounted items

  • Gift cards

  • Items marked final sale

  • Worn, stained, or damaged items


Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged or you received the wrong product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos. We’ll make it right—fast.


Final Sale Items

 Sale items are final sale – No returns or exchanges, including Black Friday & Clearance items, unless the incorrect size or style was received.


Return Shipping

  • For eligible refunds, customers are responsible for return shipping costs, except in cases where the item was damaged or incorrect.

  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure the item gets back to us safely.

  • Refunds will only be processed once the returned item is received and inspected.

Refund Policy

  • Once we receive your return, we will inspect and notify you of the refund status.
  • If approved, refunds are issued as either:
    A gift card for store credit 

📌 Faulty Items: If the item is faulty due to production error, the delivery charge may be reimbursed at our discretion.


Exchange Voucher

How It Works

  • All exchanges are processed through That Tall Girl's Clothing Exchange Voucher, valued at the product price (excluding delivery charges).
  • The voucher can be used across multiple orders until the balance is fully used.

How to Use the Exchange Voucher

✅ Add items to your cart as usual.
At checkout, enter your voucher code in the coupon section.
The voucher amount is applied to your total.
If your order total exceeds the voucher balance, pay the remaining amount using card or bank transfer.
