To be eligible for a return:
  • Item must be unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition (tags still attached).
  • You must notify us via email at hello@thattallgirlscloset.com within 7 days of receiving your order.
  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

    Once we receive and inspect your return, you’ll receive a store credit or refund (minus original shipping fee) within 5–7 business days.
